For all Product Value Orders above of $150.00, Shipping will be FOC (free of charge); there will however be a Freight Fee of $24.00 for Product Value Orders below $150.00.
Orders received before 11am EST will see a same day despatch. Orders received after 11am EST will be despatched during the following business day.
A Saturday delivery however will not be feasible.
Friday and Weekend Orders will see a despatch during the following Monday.
There will be no Supply Destination Arrivals during National Holidays and neither on any Monday.
Despatches are confined to the Continental United States and Puerto Rico whereas Alaska and Hawaii will attract a Supply Surcharge at $45. We will not entertain Supplies to PO boxes.
As all Shipping Movements are via FEDEX Overnight and marked “Priority” as these are perishable items; a signature is requested upon Parcel Handout to Recipient.
At no time is the FEDEX driver permitted to leave Parcels on Doorsteps if there is nobody to accept parcel. The FEDEX driver will return with said parcel to base with Recipient having to re-arrange and liaise with the FEDEX Office for a Re-Delivery.
Any special Events, Birthdays, Marriages etc. we recommend to plan for your Order Arrival a week prior to that Festive Date.
After parcel despatch has been lodged with FEDEX and accepted for Despatch, 1stCaviar will facilitate you with the relevant tracking number; same though will not be active until midnight on day of shipment.
It ought to be noted that all will be beyond our control once parcel has left 1stCaviar USA Warehouse, neither do we have any influence over final destination arrival hereafter. Arrival will and / or may well be subject to weather conditions, nationwide disproportionate shipping volumes and / or other peripheral issues, all beyond our control and accountability.
All caviar orders will be boxed and accompanied with frozen Ice Units in Styrofoam packages at a guaranteed temperature levels for a period of between 48-72 hours. We pride ourselves to say that all our Products are guaranteed to be fresh. Package ought to be inspected at once upon arrival and refrigerated promptly hereafter. Do not open the Caviar Receptacles unless for immediate consumption. Each Unit is under a Sealed Vacuum and once broken, Caviar’s biggest enemy will intrude, i.e. OXYGEN, resulting in rapid deterioration; henceforth, merely check that each receptacle is sealed and under vacuum by tapping the base; a numb and dull sound should reveal that all is well. Unopened Vacuumed Receptacles will last up to 90 days in a regular refrigerator (36-38F). For this we urge you to find the coolest spot to guarantee maximum enjoyment.
